Fajitas A Sizzlin Celebration is a one-of-a-kind locals and visitors favorite for over 22 years.
Fajitas are a traditional southwestern dish created by the range cowboys when they learned to marinate pieces of beef before cooking it over an open fire. The beef was cut into strips and rolled inside tortillas.
We create this authentic taste of the southwest by seasoning specially trimmed skirt steak overnight and then broiling it over red hot Mesquite. We serve a pound of sizzling fajitas over onions with cheddar cheese, pico degallo and sour cream. Plenty of fresh flour tortillas are provided for creating your favorite combination. Fajitas is a local favorite for 22 years. |
